What is ENGIE Brasil Energia’s Dividend Policy?
The Company’s Dividend Policy establishes that there will be a payout of earnings at least twice a year, one per semester. Eventually, and at the criterion of the Board of Directors, payment of interest on capital may be declared. However, it is important to note that the ex-dividend and dividend payout dates are decided on the occasion of each distribution, there being no pre-determined dates or values or a preset agenda for such events. The distribution of dividends takes into account the management of the Company’s funds in the light of present and future investments. More information on Dividend Policy can be found in our Investors website in the menu Investment Decisions – Dividends: www.engie.com.br/en/investors/investiment-decision/dividends/ .
